Our services include personal training, gym memberships, studio classes, & 1 to 1 Pilates instruction. We also developed Bury's original boot camps in 2009 which are designed to get maximum results in the shortest time. We have an Ofsted registered creche, saunas and massage and rehabilitation therapy.
With 4 fitness studios we can hold a variety of different activities and studio classes for all ages, fitness and confidence levels.
Our personal trainers are experienced, fully certificated and have a full and varied knowledge within the industry. They not only train the public but also train the trainers of the future, passing on their abilities to the next generation of professional trainers.
